Since 1974, Area Agency on Aging of Western Arkansas has been a leader in providing 24-hour in-home care to underserved Arkansans. AAA Western Arkansas is a non-profit dedicated to helping you and your loved ones realize a better quality of life through individually tailored home health services. AAA provides a range of home health services across western Arkansas from its three offices in Fort Smith, Paris and Mena.
